Strength, fit and steady quality
Industrial parts often have thick walls, ribs, bosses, snap fits and hinges. If the wall thickness or cooling is uneven, parts warp, sink or crack. We plan the gate positions, cooling channels and ejection in the 3D design, then machine the core and cavity on our own CNC and EDM machines so lids close, handles fit and boxes stack the same way on every shot.
Steel is chosen for the job: P20 for most enclosures and parts, H13 or EN31 where the plastic, the volume or the wear calls for a harder steel. That is why our industrial moulds are rated for lakhs of shots.
Electrical enclosures
Solar ACDB/DCDB boxes, switch boxes and junction boxes are usually moulded in ABS, polycarbonate (PC) or flame-retardant (FR) grades. These plastics need careful temperature control and venting to avoid burn marks and weak weld lines, and covers and bases must line up for screws and seals. Share the box drawing, the plastic and how the cover closes, and we will design the mould around it.
Crates and heavy-duty parts
Crate moulds are large, single-cavity tools that run on high-tonnage machines. Even wall thickness and good cooling keep the crate strong, straight and stackable. Battery container and tool box moulds focus on accurate wall thickness and on lids, handles and locks that fit every time.
How an order works
- Share your part: a drawing or sample, the plastic, your machine tonnage and the expected volume.

- Manufacturing: CNC and EDM machining, fitting and polishing in our Kathwada GIDC workshop.
- Trial: the mould is trialled on an injection moulding machine, and you get videos and photos of the trial parts.
- Dispatch: anti-rust treatment and packing with the operation manual, in India or for export.
